EU deliveries (EU member states and Monaco)
- Shipping: €5 per order, delivered by DPD.
- Prices include VAT at checkout. There are no customs duties or extra charges on delivery.
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Non-EU European deliveries (Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Jersey, San Marino, Kosovo, Svalbard and Jan Mayen)
- Shipping: €8 per order, delivered by DPD.

Prices shown exclude EU VAT. Your order leaves the EU as an export, so no EU VAT is charged at checkout.

Import taxes and duties are paid on delivery. Your country may charge import VAT, customs duties and a carrier clearance fee when the parcel arrives. These charges are not included in your order total. You pay them to the carrier or your local customs authority. The amount depends on your country’s rules and your order value.
- Your parcel may be held briefly at customs before delivery. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Refused deliveries. If you refuse a parcel or don’t pay the import charges, it will be returned to us. Your refund will exclude the original shipping cost and any return shipping or charges we incur.
