Refund Policy

You didn’t like your TRUEs? Need a different size? No worries, we appreciate you trying a pair! You have 30 days to get them back to us; we’ll even cover the return shipping (on domestic orders) for one return or exchange. If you’re trying a new pair/size, we’ll send out the replacement at no charge to you once your original pair is received. After 30 days is up, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping but we’ll still take care of a refund or exchange as long as the shoes are in new, unworn condition. You have up to 90 days to return for a full product refund. Original shipping cost does not apply.

  • Start your Exchange or Return.

    Ensure the proper fit within 30 days. Please try on your items to ensure size and fit before removing any tags or wearing/washing. If something is not quite right, we are here with options to help within 30 days of receipt.

    Free Exchange. Need a new size or colour? Rest easy, as new and unworn footwear, apparel and certain gear can be exchanged for free, once within 30 days. Limited to 1 free exchange for size or colour.

    Free Return for Store Credit. Want something different? New and unworn footwear, apparel and certain gear can be returned for full store credit (digital gift card) for free. Once store credit is issued, it is not refundable to the original payment method.

    Flat Rate Returns. Just want a refund? New and unworn footwear, apparel and gear can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund back to original payment. A €5 shipping fee is withheld from the refund and TRUE provides a prepaid return ship label.
